How long does a website take to build?

How much does a website cost?
Our packages start from TZS 500,000 for a professional starter site. Exact pricing depends on features — see the Services page for full package pricing in TZS or USD. Every quote is itemised, with no hidden fees.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes — and we recommend starting with a free website check. It scores your current site across 8 areas, so we can show you exactly what to keep, what to fix, and what it's costing you today.
Do I need to prepare anything before we start?
Just your logo, any photos you own, and a rough idea of what you want visitors to do (call, order, book, sign up). We guide you through the rest, including wording and structure.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every project includes a handover period, and our monthly care plans cover updates, security patches, backups, and monitoring. You can also request one-off support whenever you need it.
Do you provide hosting?
We can set up and manage fast, secure hosting for you, or work with your existing provider — whichever suits your budget. Hosting recommendations are part of every build.
Who owns the website and its content?
You do — fully. Domain, hosting, code, and content are registered in your name. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
Payments & care plans
How do payments work?
Projects start with a 50% deposit via PesaPal (card, mobile money, or bank). The balance is invoiced at launch. Monthly services like care plans are billed per month in advance.
What is a care plan and do I need one?
A care plan is monthly maintenance: updates, security patches, backups, uptime monitoring, and small content changes. If your website matters to your business, we recommend one — think of it as insurance that also makes your site faster.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Any time, monthly — no lock-in and no cancellation fee. We'll hand over all credentials and backups so nothing is held hostage.
Is the website check really free?
Yes, genuinely. It runs the same 23 automated checks we use internally, scores your site out of 100, and you get the results with no obligation. It's how we show our work before you spend a shilling.
